OUTDOOR SHAKESPEARE FESTIVAL IN EAST LONDON

"What happens if it's raining?" 

We will not cancel a show due to rain, so be sure to bring a brolly and some cosy, waterproof clothes... or some suncream if you're feeling lucky! If it really is King Lear style storms, we will cancel the show. Patrons will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund/exchange issued. If it rains but the show runs, we cannot offer refunds, however you can use your ticket on another day (subject availability).

"Are dogs allowed?"

I'm afraid dogs are not permitted.

"Are the shows family friendly?"

Yes, ours shows are family friendly and accessible. 

"Do I have to buy a ticket for my baby?"

Babes in arms are free of charge.

"Is there seating?"

We have limited chairs which can be reserved for audience members who are older/disabled/pregnant. You are welcome to bring your own chair or picnic rug.

"Who can buy a Concession Ticket?"

Concessions include: Under 16s, Unemployed, Students with an NUS card • People with a disability, full-time students, senior citizens, people with registered disabilities, and Unison Members. ‘Theatre Union’ concessions include Equity, BECTU, Stage Management Association, SDUK & Writers Guild. All concessions are subject to availability and you may be asked for proof.

"What's a Family Ticket?" 

Family Ticket includes: 2 adults + 2 under 16s (babes in arms go free) OR 1 adult + 3 under 16s
